Wolverine State Credit Union is dedicated to helping young members build a strong financial foundation. We offer specialized youth accounts so children and teens can learn money management and saving skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. Our youth accounts are broken into two categories, Wolverine Kit Club and Wolverine Smart Savers.

About Our Products…
Youth Savings Account – Our Youth Savings Account is designed to introduce kids and teens to the importance of saving. Every dollar deposited earns interest quarterly, allowing young savers to watch their money grow over time.
Youth Checking Accounts – Our Youth Checking Account offers a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day finances. Kids and teens will gain experience tracking expenses, budgeting and learning accountability with their money.
Youth Certificates of Deposit – Youth CDs provide a secure way to save for bigger goals. With a competitive interest rate, young members can make strides and watch their money grow.
- 1 Year Youth CD – minimum $100 deposit at 25 basis points higher than regular 1 Year CD interest rate
- 6 Month Youth CD – minimum $100 deposit at 25 basis points higher that regular 6 Month CD interest rate
Youth Debit Card – Our Youth Debit Card is available for members ages 12 and up with a parent or legal guardian. These cards will not allow a negative balance.
Youth Visa Card – Our Youth Visa Card is offered for those 12 and up with a parent or legal guardian.
