We will be collecting school supplies items all summer, from June 25th until August 9th for schools in our membership field. This includes any school located within the following counties: Alpena, Presque Isle, Montmorency, Alcona, Oscoda, Iosco, Ogemaw or Arenac county. We are welcoming donations at all our branches and will have collection boxes in the lobbies. We also have an amazon gift registry with school supplies items on it that you can shop! The items will be delivered right to our branches and put into the collection boxes. The more items we collect, the more classrooms we can support. You can help right now, from your phone or computer! No need to run to the store.
Accepting Teacher Nominations
We are accepting nominations for teachers and their classrooms to receive the school supplies! Individuals can only nominate ONE teacher. The form asks for the teacher’s full name, school and grade they teach. You can also tell us how they stand out as an educator! The only requirement is that the teacher works in a school in our membership field. We hope to collect so many school supplies that we can support multiple teachers and their classrooms. Our educators provide so much for our youth. We hope to take the burden of school supplies off their plate and some of the students which may need extra help gathering supplies for a fresh new 2024/2025 school year. Please take a moment to nominate a teacher!
